Each Harv & Marv's Juneau whale watching boat is scheduled for as many as 3 tours a day: one in the morning, one midday and one in the late afternoon/evening.
Tour duration: About 4 hours and 15 minutes. This 4 hour and 15 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 3 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.
Join locally trained captains: Steve, Russel, Louis, Ray or Gabe, for a personalized Alaskan whale watching tour. Our departure times are not the same everyday because each day is different. Cruise ships arrive at different times and passengers may have different activities planned for the day. We schedule the tour for the time that best fits each guests' needs and time frame.

Juneau Whale Watching Tour:
Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! Join locally trained Captains Russel, Louis, Ray, Brandon, Anies or Scott for a personalized Alaska whale watching tour. With 6 or less passengers on board, you will experience a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
Tour includes:
Meet our Dock Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule.
$165.00 per person, plus 5% sales tax
For $145 + sales tax, you may opt to take the same version of this tour on a larger boat (up to 18 passengers) and have the same great experience! See Outback Experience below.
Minimum of 2 passengers.
If you would like to have a longer cruise, add $160.00, plus 5% sales tax, per extra hour*. (*to prevent scheduling conflicts this will need to be scheduled ahead of time)
We are unable to offer any discounts for children. If you would like to guarantee no unrelated children are on your tour, you must book an exclusive (private) tour.

Ultimate Private Whale Watching Tour includes a complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier before or after each tour depending on that days schedule.
The tour will be the same as Harv's Experience, but exclusive (private).
This tour is sold 'by the boat', regardless if you have 1 or 6 people in your party.
$890.00 plus 5% sales tax

This tour is for parties who would like the boat all to themselves.

This tour is the same as Harv's Private, but for groups of 7 or more. 1 to 10 passengers the price is $1410.00 plus 5% sales tax

To confirm a reservation, please contact our reservation team experts. All reservations made after April 1 will require payment in full at the time of booking. Bookings made October 1 through March 31 require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, payment in full is required 30 days prior to your tour.

When choosing tour times online, please note those are approximate times and may be adjusted prior to confirmation by the reservation team.

Deposits are 100%* refundable if you cancel 30 days before tour date. You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid.
*Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to your tour date will receive a 50% refund, if you cancel within 14 days, or do not show up for your tour, there is no refund.
Juneau Whale Watching Tours - Fleet of Boats at Harv and Marv's
While you are on the Juneau whale watching tour, it is possible to see Humpback Whales, Killer Whales, Bald Eagles, eagle nests, Dall Porpoise, Harbor Porpoise, SeaGulls, Surf Scoters, Oyster Catchers, Harlequin Ducks, Harbor Seals and Steller Sea Lions. All of this wildlife lives here or frequents the area during the summer. We also have two beautiful lighthouses in the area, Point Retreat Lighthouse and Sentinel Lighthouse. To top it all off, we are right in the middle of the Tongass National Forest, the United States largest. Every season from 2004 through 2019, we were able to enjoy watching Humpback Whales on 100% of our whale watching tours.
